Due to our efficient order processing, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order.  Nevertheless, you can contact us at [email protected] to attempt modifications before your order is prepared for shipping. Please note however that this is not always possible.

Our contact hours are Monday - Friday 09.00 - 17.00 CET.

All orders are handled within 1-2 business days from the time of placing your order. Upon dispatch from our warehouse, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation. Kindly note that order packing occurs exclusively on business days. It may take 1-2 business days for your tracking link to display updated information. We ship worldwide – the delivery time is 3-6 business days.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Lithuania.

Within the European Union no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Slowli does not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary from country to country.
