Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for a different size, color or model with an equivalent value (as long as the original item is in original condition, unused, unwashed and stain free) in all EU member states. You have a 30-day window starting from the date you received your parcel to initiate an exchange.
If you wish to exchange a product and you are from outside the EU, an exchange fee will be deducted from your initial payment. The exchange fee is 9,50 Euro.

Please include your order number, the reason for your exchange, and specify the exact item you wish to receive (model, color, size, etc).
After reviewing your exchange request we will send out the requested item to you. Our delivery partner courier will pick up your returned products. There is no need to worry about printing a return label; our shipping partner will take care of it during the pickup.
The exchanges process might take 10-12 business days.
Returns
While we cover the shipping costs for exchanges within the EU, general return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - we do not offer free returns (we only offer free exchanges). The cost will be deducted from your final refund. Return shipping charges:
Return fee Europe: 5,5o Euro
Return fee Rest of the world: 9,50 Euro
Lithuania - FREE returns
You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your parcel to initiate a return for a refund.
1. Items must be in their original and re-sellable condition (with tags attached), unused (except for trying them on of course), unwashed and stain free.
2. Please ensure that there are no deodorant stains on the items.
3. Items must be in their original packaging with tags still attached.
4. Original shipping, customs and import charges are non-refundable.
If you fail to do so, we will not accept your return.
As soon as we have received and approved your return parcel, we will issue your refund. It will be issued to the original payment method, with the return fee deducted.

Upon successful registration of your return, our delivery partner courier will pick up your returned products. There is no need to worry about printing a return label; our shipping partner will take care of it during the pickup.

Upon successful registration of your return, a prepaid return label will be issued and send to you. Just download and print the provided return label, securely package the items you're returning, and then drop off the package at a nearby courier location (as indicated on the return label).
You are given a 30-day window to register your return following the receipt of your order. After registering, you have 7 days from when you receive your return label to deposit your return package at the designated courier drop-off location, indicated on the label.
The duration for your return parcel to reach us can vary, taking up to 21 days based on your location. We continuously handle incoming returns and will promptly inform you about your refund once your return has been processed at our warehouse.
Refunds time depends on your bank and may take up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account.
Product issues or reclaims
We hold our items to the highest standards and take great pride in their quality. However, since our garments are hand-sewn and crafted, human errors can occasionally occur - we won't pretend that we are are perfect. Please note that general wear-and-tear related issues may not fulfil the definition of a manufacturing defect.
On the rare occasion that you believe that you have received a faulty item, please send an image and description of the issue to [email protected] and we will be happy to help you replace the product.
